Smaller mobility scooters ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger mobility scooters, due to their size, ship via LTL Freight. We work with a variety of LTL freight carriers to ensure a quick delivery.
The mobility scooters will ship in a box on a pallet. Once your order ships, we will send you all the tracking details. This will allow you to see the estimated delivery date of the mobility scooter. The shipping company will call you before delivery to schedule a day and time that works best for you.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Mobility Scooter?
Most mobility scooter orders will ship within 24-72 hours. We will notify you immediately if we see any delay in the pre-ship time. Your order is processed and immediately entered into the queue as soon as you order, allowing us to ship your bed as quickly as possible.
Most manufacturers have multiple warehouses throughout the country. This allows us to ship orders at a warehouse closer to you for faster transit times.
