Shipment Damage

We use only the most trusted LTL Freight carriers to handle your cabinet bed order in transit. However, accidents still happen. Unlike with UPS/FedEx ground shipments, you will have a delivery appointment for your order. When the order is delivered, please inspect all boxes for damage. At the time of the delivery, the driver will have you sign a delivery receipt. Please make sure to not any visible damage to the boxes. This will enable us to file a claim if there are any damaged pieces to your mobility scooter.

If the extent of the damage looks severe, please refuse delivery and make a note of it on the delivery receipt. Claims cannot be made on a damaged cabinet bed unless it has been noted on the delivery receipt.
