This scooter is excellent for people who need a nighttime scooter. The LED lights are very bright and make visibility really easy. I ride in my local walking path with my husband often at night and have never had issues. I think this scooter is fairly lightweight too. I have only used this outdoors but I think it would maneuver well indoors too.
